others, such as kefir. Both kefir and yogurt cultured milk products, but they contain different types of beneficial bacteria. Yogurt contains transient beneficial bacteria of the digestive system preventing the clean and food for the friendly bacteria that live there. But kefir actually colonizes the intestinal tract, a feat that can not keep up with the yogurt. Kefir contains several major strains of friendly bacteria not usually found in yogurt, Lactobacillus Caucasus, Leuconostoc, Acetobacter species and species of streptococci. It also contains positive yeasts such as Saccharomyces kefir and Torula kefir, which dominate, control and eradication of pathogenic yeasts in the body. They do this through the penetration of the feed when live clean unhealthy yeast and bacteria, and strengthens the intestines. Therefore, the body becomes more efficient in resisting pathogens like E. coli and intestinal parasites. Kefir active bacteria, yeast and provide more nutritional value than yogurt by digesting the food you eat and keep the environment clean and healthy colon. Since the size of the Kefir curd is less than yogurt, it is also easier to digest, which is particularly excellent, nutritious food for infants, the sick and elderly, as a remedy for indigestion. The information provided here should not be used during any medical emergency or for the diagnosis or treatment of a disease. A doctor should be consulted for diagnosis and treatment of diseases.

Hope this helps
