Uncensored Tv Could Television Networks Show Uncensored TV Without Any Legal Penalty If They Wanted Too?

Could television networks show uncensored TV without any legal penalty if they wanted too? - uncensored tv

It is the opinion of some of the television has an oath to him or something suggestive a TV network, which will be censored if they were, can not fine or a legal problem? I know the secret hiding place on Comedy Central late at night, but what a show at any time, day, morning, afternoon or prime time?

Broadcast channel cable can away with secretion (Stash, Comedy Central, which aired with 1 clock EST) continued on other channels at the same level hole with some bad words (a **, sell, etc.) Some get away before the hour 1 by a warning or qualification of the parents show no TV or TV-MA-14 ... FCC laws are many and I'm not saying that I know. As for standard networks (NBC, ABC, CBS, FOX) I know that some are trying with a stick and justify the classification of networks of cable TV, as well be left to use. But no, most standard networks will not happen before to show them. Remember that there are still cases in which no slip of these things "accidentally"
